It provides advanced technical support and resource backing for the research and development of fuel cells. In order to break the long-term dependence on high-cost imports of hydrogen fuel cell core materials, the company independently develops core materials, solves the technical problem of "stuck neck" and fully realizes localization. There are more than 40 existing patents, including 4 authorized invention patents and 25 utility model patents. Rail transit, aerospace, underwater and surface, large-scale energy storage, civil power supply, military bases, hydrogen health products and many other fields have very broad market prospects.

In this on-site exhibition, our company mainly displayed environmentally friendly products and technical equipment such as self-developed membrane electrodes, stacks, military-specific backup power supplies, and hydrogen-powered vehicles.

1. Membrane electrode

The membrane electrode is the core part of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell and the core to ensure the efficient electrochemical reaction. The key factors affecting its performance, energy density distribution and working life.

Our R&D personnel have independently developed high-performance fuel cell membrane electrodes through a new catalyst and membrane electrode preparation process, and have been tested and checked by national authoritative legal institutions. Its performance and technology have always been at the leading level in China. Performance fuel cell membrane electrodes were identified as new industrial products in Zhejiang Province.

At present, the main customers of membrane electrodes are large car companies such as FAW, Dongfeng, Changan, etc., which are used in commercial vehicles such as trucks and buses (power 30KW-120KW), of which 35KW and 60KW have been used by users and declared through the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. 2, stack system

At present, our company mainly produces 5W-6KW air-cooled hydrogen fuel cell systems, which are used in hydrogen-powered vehicles (older scooters, student pickup vehicles, express vehicles, patrol vehicles, forklifts, etc.), unmanned aerial vehicles, backup power supplies (base stations) , hospitals, banks, homes, military bases), field demonstration emergency power supply, etc.

3. Special backup power supply for military industry

The product uses a hydrogen fuel cell as the energy system. The hydrogen in the high-pressure carbon fiber hydrogen storage bottle is input to the stack through a pressure-reducing and voltage-stabilizing integrated valve, and reacts with oxygen in the stack to convert it into electrical energy, and then outputs the electrical energy through the DCDC and the controller. At the same time, the water generated by the hydrogen-oxygen reaction is discharged without any pollutant discharge. This product is widely used in military field demonstration/emergency, military bases, hospitals, banks, communication base stations and other backup power supplies.

4. Hydrogen-powered vehicles

(1) Hydrogen energy two-wheeled vehicle and four-wheeled vehicle: The vehicle uses hydrogen fuel cell as the energy system. The hydrogen in the high-pressure carbon fiber hydrogen storage bottle is input into the stack through the integrated pressure reducing and regulating valve, and reacts with oxygen in the stack. Convert it into electrical energy, and then output electrical energy through the DCDC and controller to drive the mini-car to run, and at the same time discharge the water generated by the hydrogen-oxygen reaction, without any pollutant emissions. Compared with the rechargeable battery car, its most prominent advantage is the short refueling time and long battery life (the battery life can be determined according to the volume of the hydrogen storage tank). The car is widely used in urban shared cars, home scooters, old-age scooters, student shuttles, etc.

(2) Hydrogen energy unmanned logistics vehicle: On May 28, 2019, the unmanned logistics vehicle-Alibaba Cainiao unmanned logistics vehicle displayed at the Global Smart Logistics Summit, its air-cooled hydrogen fuel cell stack system is exclusively provided by our company .
